PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

4S Ranch Cooking Club – Learn to become a gourmet chef! Prepare delicious, creative and healthy foods your children can re-create at home. Call for more information and time of classes.

Smart Moves – A Staff led program that is geared to teaching kids to say no to drugs, avoid peer pressure, and make smart decision on the streets, at school or anywhere dangers may persist. This program has multiple sessions and runs 6 weeks at a time. All graduates get a framed certificate of achievement and a huge pizza party! Come join the fun on Wednesday at 4:30pm.

Free Afterschool Sports Leagues – Free of cost but open only to current registered members who are also registered in our afterschool program. Come join in on our intramural leagues afterschool in a variety of sports – flag football, 3 on 3 basketball and indoor soccer. The leagues include a schedule of games, standings, stats, players of the week recognition and of course playoffs. The pizza party goes to the championship teams! You got game?

Art Smartz – A hands-on art history class! Go back in time and learn about masterpiece paintings and about the artists who created them. A Staff led program where members not only get to learn historical facts about certain art pieces and artists but also are taught and guided to re-create the masterpiece using paints, oil pastels, and various types of media.

Sophia Sun
Sophia is an outstanding student and is involved at school with the "Peer Mediators" Program. She also plays the flute in the school band and basketball for the Club league. Sophia has been a Club member for 4 years and has been involved with the Junior Leaders Program for the past 2 years. She can be found at the center of most activities at the Club from the snack bar to running games in the gamesroom. She is always helping the younger kids do activities. She is an excellent role model and always has a huge smile on her face. There is no limit to her desire to help others. She has a kind word to say to everyone. Sophia has that inner beauty that shines all the time. She is kind and best known for her ability to make new members feel right at home. Sophia likes to draw, and enjoys hanging with her friends at the Club. Her favorite subjects in school are math and science. Her goal is to become a scientist.
