Youth of the Year
Noelle Guzman
Noelle is active with her school’s new Rugby team. When it comes to having fun, she never hesitates to try new things. She put forth the effort to step up and talk her friends into playing on the team as well. She is constantly leading the way by setting a positive example and by her easy going, positive attitude. At the Club, Noelle is active in the Junior Leaders program. She comes straight from school to the Club ready to put on her Junior Leader shirt and report for duty. Staff seldom need to tell her what to do – she just jumps in and helps wherever she is needed. She has also gone through the Club’s Smart Moves program and is currently involved in the Critical Hours program. Both of these programs have helped Noelle in her quest to become a model youth for any club.
