William (aka Billy) belongs to the Young Life Club, a spiritually oriented group of young adults who meet at Kearny High to discuss peer issues in today’s world and help others in the community. He also is a member of a skate group called “Jam Skates” at Skateworld in the Linda Vista community. Billy has competed and won national skating titles in free style roller skating. At the Club, he has been involved in Health Smart as a Junior Leader and has been instrumental in getting others involved in the program. He assists staff with activities and volunteers his time in the Teen Café. Billy is very positive, extremely social, and respectful to everyone. He volunteers whenever he can and always displays a mature attitude.
