For many San Diego children, going back to school can be overwhelming. Not having the necessary school supplies or clothes can put an enormous amount of stress on parents and our young Club members.  The "Stuff Our Bus" tour will make a difference in the lives of children who lack the basic necessities to go back to school.

The bus traveled around San Diego County to various businesses and employees were “Stuffing Our Bus” with backpacks and other school supplies during each stop.

BACK TO SCHOOL SHOPPING EVENT presented by Mission Federal Credit Union
Kohl’s Poway  opened their doors and hearts so that BGCGSD Board members, SPARK Ambassadors and volunteers could take 42 Club members on a shopping spree to pick out new school clothes.  Each child was given a $200 gift card to purchase the items on their shopping list. In addition to the new clothes, each kid received a new backpack with plenty of school supplies.
