At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego, we believe every young person deserves access to opportunities that spark curiosity, build confidence, and open doors to the future. Thanks to the incredible partnership with ASML, that vision is becoming a reality in powerful ways.
ASML has committed more than $1 million over a three-year period from 2024 to 2027 to support STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) programming across our Clubs. This transformational investment is helping us expand access, enhance learning environments, and inspire the next generation of innovators.
Across our organization, nine computer labs have been upgraded, giving youth access to modern technology that supports everything from homework and digital literacy to coding and creative exploration. At our Encanto Branch, ASML’s support has helped bring our Maker Space to life – a hands-on environment where members can experiment, build, and turn their ideas into reality.
Through this support, our members are exploring robotics, engineering challenges, creative design, and real-world problem solving. Field trips further extend learning beyond the Club walls, exposing youth to new environments, careers, and possibilities they may not have otherwise experienced.
Perhaps most importantly, ASML is helping remove barriers to access. Scholarships funded through this partnership are making it possible for more young people to participate in our summer programs – ensuring that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and discover their potential.
The impact of this investment is seen every day; in the confidence of a child who just built their first project, the excitement of a group collaborating on a new idea, or the spark of interest that could lead to a future career in STEM.
